United Housing Foundation is a veteran-operated nonprofit founded by professionals with over 30 years of experience in the financial sector. While not veteran-owned, we proudly employ veterans and are deeply committed to supporting those who’ve served our country.
Our mission is simple: to prevent families from losing their homes due to financial hardship—especially those who are often overlooked or unaware of available assistance.
Our Mission
We provide mortgage support and down payment assistance to those in need—especially veterans, first-time homebuyers, and individuals facing financial difficulties. Through direct financial aid and trusted guidance, we help our community members use their benefits wisely—whether for home improvement, debt relief, emergency needs, or even financial planning. This isn’t just a grant. It’s a foundation built on trust, resources, and long-term support.
Why We Exist
When service members return from duty or families hit financial roadblocks, the last thing they need is more red tape. We’ve seen too many people fall through the cracks of traditional support systems. That’s why we started United Housing Foundation—to bridge the gap between needing help and getting help.
